Hello HIVE 馃枛馃徏馃榿 I hope everyone is feeling very well enjoying good vibes 馃槍
Since last weekend, this and the next Saturdays will become a few days full of learning, since at the university they gave us a dialogue class for 5 Saturdays, where we will learn how the UNEARTE experimental educational system works, we will know more about the PLASTIC ARTS career and also we will be able to relate to all of the new income in order to create a more united student community and full of fraternity 馃構.
Once a month the dean of the university changes the exhibition of works of art in the multipurpose room to give visibility to the creations of the students, this month the theme of the exhibition is "PORN ART" and there are some very good works of art; I took photographs of only 3 of those works that I liked, the first one is titled "THE VAGINA OF PEACE", the second one is titled "WITH MILK OR WITHOUT MILK" and the third one is "PAY ASS" all with very controversial titles 馃槄 but with very interesting concepts.
After I finished the class at UNEARTE, I went to the library in Los Palos Grandes in Caracas, since I had a masterclass for a graphic narrative course that I have been taking for three months.
When I arrived, I met my classmates, they are also students from Unearte, but from more advanced semesters than me, although we have all become very good friends 馃榿.
We entered the class and there the projection of a documentary on the history of comics in Venezuela was waiting for us, we talked about Jose Leoncio Mart铆nez, he was the pioneer of comics in Venezuela and left a great legacy in the graphic narrative of the country by publishing the magazine FANTOCHE and many other comics. We also saw the work of various cartoonists who have continued the legacy of Leoncio Mart铆nez trying to boost the comics industry in Venezuela.
This is part of the P.A.N.A team (Friends of the Ninth Art Program) they are in charge of the graphic narrative projects course that I am taking, they have been promoting the comics industry in Venezuela for several years; I am encouraging them to join HIVE, because I know that they can offer highly valuable content to the community, since they have managed to create a great community of comic book lovers in Venezuela. I am currently working on the script for a comic that I am going to present as a marketing proposal for HIVE. Soon I will give more progress on the project, but it will be an entertaining and educational story that will allow the reader to know how HIVE works; In this course I have learned a lot about comics and graphic narrative, I know that I will be able to do a quality project, apart from the fact that I have the advice of the P.A.N.A team, I know that they will help me create an exceptional product 馃榿.
