On this occasion, I took several photographs on an avenue during sunset. I always like taking pictures during dusk because the late-day colors translate very well into photographs. This time, I lowered the camera exposure significantly to make the colors stand out more. I took a couple of shots of the sky, and since a light rain had fallen recently, I took additional photos of the avenue and the traffic light intersections where the lights from the street poles, signals, and vehicles reflected on the water left on the ground.
Adjusting the exposure downward darkens the ambient light, which deepens the natural hues of the evening sky and increases contrast. The puddles left by the rain function as reflective surfaces, capturing the glow of the stoplights and headlights against the dark asphalt. Setting up the camera at street level along the avenue highlights these specific light sources and wet pavement textures.
Documenting these exact weather and lighting conditions provides a clear record of the urban environment right after a downpour. I hope these images accurately display the exposed sky colors and the water reflections on the street.

En esta ocasión tomé varias fotografías en una avenida durante el atardecer. Siempre me gusta tomar fotos durante el ocaso, ya que los colores de la tarde se ven muy bien en fotos.
