I immediately prioritized strengthening the city guard, upgrading a watchtower to unlock an additional soldier slot and assigning a new recruit to patrol the perimeter. However, as I started this process, I realized that I was facing three fundamental problems that needed urgent solutions.

In the first place, I desperately needed more soldiers for my army, which meant I had to drastically increase my total population. Secondly, maintaining a larger army requires a constant, non-negotiable supply of weapons, armor, food, and drink, which demands a much stronger and more productive economy than the one I currently have. Finally, I was running out of physical storage space in my warehouses to hold all the goods my production chains were outputting. Consequently, I decided to put a massive expansion plan into motion to solve these bottlenecks.

Actually, I began by clearing all the trees to the south of the village to make room for an entirely new sector. My blueprint for this expansion includes new houses, additional warehouses, a central market, a majestic cathedral, barracks for the guard, and extra watchtowers to ensure complete coverage. I assigned the foundations for these structures and immediately sent my townnies to work to burn through my surplus resources and accelerate construction before the next potential bandit threat appears.

Furthermore, this is an incredibly ambitious project, but I am convinced it is the right move. If this goes according to plan, I will not only have a reinforced guard that can handle any threat but also a robust economy and a fully developed new sector for the village. The logistical complexity of building this all at once is high, but the potential payoff is exactly what I need to secure the long-term future of this settlement.

Nevertheless, the pressure is on. I need to balance this massive construction effort without leaving the village vulnerable. Every tree cleared and every building laid down is a step closer to turning this village into an impenetrable fortress. I am working at full capacity, and I look forward to seeing this new southern sector come to life.

Después de haber sobrevivido a semejantes oleadas de ataques de bandidos, una tras otra, decidí que era hora de reforzar la guardia de la ciudad. Aproveché para atender rápidamente el asunto y mejoré una torre de vigilancia, desbloqueando así un puesto más para soldados, al cual asigné un nuevo recluta. Sin embargo, me di cuenta de que enfrentaba tres problemas fundamentales que debía resolver de inmediato.

En primer lugar, necesitaba más soldados para mi ejército y eso equivale a requerir una mayor población. En segundo lugar, mantener un ejército requiere un suministro constante de armas, armaduras, comida y bebida, y para eso hace falta una economía productiva muy fuerte. Por último, me estaba quedando sin espacio en los almacenes para guardar los bienes producidos. Ante esto, puse mi gran plan en marcha.

Despejé los árboles al sur de la aldea para construir un sector nuevo. Mi plan incluye construir casas, almacenes, un mercado, una catedral, barracones de la guardia y torres de vigilancia. Asigné varios cimientos a sus respectivos lugares y envié a los townnies a construir rápidamente para gastar los recursos excedentes y acelerar el proyecto antes de que los bandidos vuelvan a atacar.

Consecuentemente, este es un proyecto muy ambicioso, pero si sale bien, tendré una guardia muy reforzada, una economía fuerte y un nuevo sector desarrollado para la aldea. La logística detrás de construir todo esto simultáneamente es compleja, pero el potencial de crecimiento es exactamente lo que necesito para consolidar esta partida hardcore.

Sin embargo, el tiempo es oro y la presión es constante. Necesito equilibrar este esfuerzo de construcción masiva sin dejar la aldea vulnerable. Cada árbol talado y cada nuevo edificio es un paso más para convertir esta aldea en una fortaleza impenetrable.
