Hello Hive Gamers! Today I bring you the fifth chapter of my campaign in Great Conqueror 2: Shogun. Continuing with the prelude to the Battle of Narumi, the situation is looking remarkably unfavorable for the faction I am playing as, the Oda clan, as the aggressive Imagawa clan relentless hammers away at the southeastern castle.

The Imagawa troops, led by the opposing general Asahina Yasutomo, have faced fierce resistance in the south while locking blades with allied Oda units that happen to be outside of my direct control. However, after nonstop, grueling combat, they finally managed to push back the allied forces and completely surround the fortress. It is now only a matter of time before they smash through the castle's defenses, wipe out the scattered units, and take absolute control of that vital sector.

Meanwhile, I am desperately holding the line at my own castle up in the northwest, trying to fend off the incoming Imagawa waves advancing from the south. Just as I predicted, the enemy troops completely bypassed open combat, cleverly outflanked my blocking units, and marched straight for my stronghold to lay siege. What else can I do? Cornered and under pressure, I started aggressively concentrating my attacks to pick off their ranged archer units one by one, bleeding them dry before they can breach the gates. I will do everything in my power to defend this castle to the bitter end, even if the allied fortress to the southeast falls into enemy hands!

¡Hola Gamers de Hive! Hoy les traigo el quinto capítulo de mi campaña en Great Conqueror 2: Shogun. Continuando con la antesala a Narumi, la situación no es nada favorable para el clan con el que estoy jugando, el clan Oda, ya que las fuerzas del clan Imagawa siguen atacando con fiereza el castillo situado en el sureste.

Las tropas Imagawa, bajo el mando del general Asahina Yasutomo, se han topado con mucha resistencia en el sur al chocar contra unidades aliadas del clan Oda que no están bajo mi control directo. Sin embargo, tras combates sin cesar, lograron expulsar a las unidades Oda y rodearon por completo la fortaleza. Ahora es solo cuestión de tiempo para que destruyan las defensas de ese castillo, liquiden a las unidades dispersas y controlen toda esa zona.

Por mi parte, sigo resistiendo en el castillo al noroeste, haciendo frente a las oleadas Imagawa que avanzan desde el sur. Tal como lo predije, las tropas enemigas evitaron el combate abierto, rodearon mis posiciones y fueron a atacar directamente mi castillo. ¿Qué más puedo hacer? Ante la presión, comencé a concentrar mis ataques para eliminar a los arqueros enemigos uno por uno y restarles poder de asedio. Haré todo lo que esté a mi alcance para defender esta fortaleza, ¡incluso si el bastión aliado del sureste termina cayendo!
