Hello Hive Gamers! Today I bring you the fourteenth chapter of my campaign in Great Conqueror 2: Shogun. I have pushed further into my grand conquest playthrough, and to be completely honest, things are not looking very good right now. I have already lost two vital provinces to enemy incursions, and to make matters infinitely worse, on top of the relentless Oda clan, both the Takeda clan and the Rokkaku clan have officially declared war on me. I am currently desperately trying to hold the line across three entirely different fronts!

Fortunately, my veteran samurai infantry units and my archers managed to stand their ground and successfully contained the Oda troops, preventing them from advancing any further toward my capital at Mino Inabayama. Meanwhile, Mino Karasumine took severe structural damage when it was almost overrun by enemy units, but I somehow managed to defend it in the nick of time and am now actively expelling the last remaining Oda unit lingering nearby.

To survive this nightmare, I had to completely shift my economy. I decided to heavily invest in upgrading my remaining castles and civic buildings to squeeze out more gold, food, and strategic resources per turn, strictly compensating for the steady income I lost when those provinces fell. I urgently need these enhanced resource revenues to fund and train fresh units so I can stand a fighting chance against three hostile clans swarming my borders with continuous waves of new troops. We will just have to see what this punishing campaign has in store for me next, as so far, it has been one constant trial after another!

¡Hola Gamers de Hive! Hoy les traigo el décimo cuarto capítulo de mi campaña en Great Conqueror 2: Shogun. He continuado avanzando en mi partida de modo conquista y, siendo completamente sincero, las cosas no van nada bien. Ya he perdido dos provincias a manos del enemigo y, por si fuera poco, además del temible clan Oda, ¡los clanes Takeda y Rokkaku me acaban de declarar la guerra! Actualmente estoy tratando de mantener la línea defensiva en tres frentes distintos de forma simultánea.

Afortunadamente, mis unidades de infantería samurái y mis arqueros se plantaron firmes y lograron contener a las tropas del clan Oda, impidiendo que siguieran avanzando sobre mi capital en Mino Inabayama. Por otro lado, la provincia de Mino Karasumine recibió daños severos tras estar a punto de caer en manos enemigas; no obstante, logré defenderme en el último segundo y ahora estoy expulsando a la única unidad Oda que queda merodeando cerca.

Para salir de este aprieto, tuve que replantear toda mi economía. Decidí invertir en mejorar castillos y edificios administrativos para generar más oro, comida y recursos por turno, compensando así los ingresos perdidos tras la caída de mis provincias. Necesito preparar urgentemente mis finanzas para poder reclutar nuevas unidades muy pronto y hacer frente a tres clanes enemigos que continúan avanzando sobre mis dominios con ejércitos frescos. Ya veremos qué nos depara esta dura campaña en la que, hasta ahora, solo he tenido problemas y dolores de cabeza.
