Freedom was d voice dat pushed my anscestors from behind urging them to d finish line..Freedom is the sweat we laboured in your sugarcane plantations,Freedom was the blood shed on the streets in protestion of the injustice,Freedom was the voice the empowered and empowers me consistently reminding me of the phrase "I have a Dream".Freedom was the is the mark bore on my skin and my body to signify my tribe and affiliation.Freedom is is the words i speak the ability to express my opinions that it should not be called hate speech.Freedom is the joy i see,The emotions fleeting across the face of the improverished as a see a little flicker of hope that shines from afar but still sheds light on them.Freedom is my ability to walk on the streets and not be shamed for my body,my shape of my size or my colouring.Freedom Freedom Freedom Freedom is the chants i hear,The sweet lullaby that puts me at ease but in a state of awareness as i tackle head on the challenges of living in destitute.Freedom to me is a state of self,Environment and awareness...I cant claim freedom of the mind but not able to function outside it.Freedom of the mind shld correlate with freedom of the body..
