I can relate to a degree because I am a visual identity designer. I face creativity block too and it is not a sign that one isn't good, like you said our mind just lose out on creativity.

Fact remains that you only need to cool your head, find something fun to do like watch a movie, watch videos online, or visit pages of other writers to get inspired.
