When you start a business, church, an organization or community like this, what should give you a restless night, should be the Future of the business.
The beginning of any thing in life will determine the end, I can see proofofbrain in a high level because the majority of people in this community have good mind towards the development of the community.
Future of proofofbrain
This should be the main priority of every one in this community, rather than take our precious time to down vote and make conflicts among our self.
For a community to grow, the people there will have to take away;
- Selfishness: Some people only focusing on how to make their money (only curate and offline) here without for once think of developing the community.
The Future
I was thinking of a day, where by some one would post it on his/her Facebook or whatsapp to buy POB, chatting each other up for buying and selling of POB.
But this can't be done if we don't take a step.
Discussing of PoB every day, every where would be the best thing, if the community can keep growing, when members are benefitting and then newbie will come in. (Rome was not built in a day)
Engagement
Engage the newbies here and oldies, let us see this community as an interesting place, this may help strengthen others because not everyone can be posting on a daily bases, and to be candid, to get a topic of what you want to post sometimes could be a problem but when there is different challenges, of which a topic will be given, someone can easily write.
This will even give us more earn, as we earn on our post, we can also earn from the reward.
Like pob-wotw always give out the challenge every week and post the result for the participants to see if they have won for the week and for others to be motivated.
