Introduction (overview)
Given the fact that I recently discovered knacksteem, much interest have been picked after reading through the introductory post, out of excitement I decided to put this article together.
Knacksteem is the only community built on Steem blockchain that improve skills, creativity and talent display and create a place where people at the comfort of their zone can acquire skills and witness so many talent from different people. Since a system is now design to promote that talent display. “What are we waiting for?
My thought
In our daily life, knowledge is very important; there are three group of people.
- There is a group of people that can generate ideas.
- Some can only contribute to those ideas.
- Some will promote those ideas.
From all ramifications you should belong to one, if not all!
Knacksteem deem it fit to promote all the above mentioned, are the main reasons why we should support and also promote knacksteem through investment, spornsoring, and contributing to the community.
Why we should use Knacsteem
So far, the internet remains highly relevant and becoming a fastest means of sharing ideas and talents. The internet has evolved tremendously and has seen the birth of social media. Digitalizing physical business by engaging in social media to boost relevance and also improve profits.
Lately, Blockchain has also hastily associated with social media. which makes the media be confortable and be focussed since it has create a job opportunity to the masses through social media users.
The problems knacksteem could solve
Unemployment rate.
Due to unemployment in the society, high rate of terrorizing in the community, essence of stealing and increased number of robbery records lately, not that these set of people can’t doesnt have talent, but they are not opportuned to show their talent, in fact in my locality there are so many talented people with different idaes such as, article writers, art design and entertainers especially comedians, but they can’t do that. The question now is why?
The challenges behind it all are
- Lack of funds
- Lack of means or channel to show the world what they have gotten
- Lack of sponsorship
Now with the birth of knacksteem has provided the solution to all this problems and has create an avenue to divert such minds to showcase their talents and be rewarded and also promote their talent that will bring about job creation in the society which is being addressed by Knacksteem.
Knacksteem will lead to numerous job opportunities, because Knacksteem can be seen as a virtual company where every contributor is their own boss and employee. This means that as contributors, they are automatically employed and their wage is adjudged based on their commitment and resolve.
Can knacsteem really elevate the less priviledge?
Less priviledges are the people having less opportunities, money, education, etc., than the other people in a society : having fewer advantages, for example a local musician who is not opportuned to gain popularly because the means to promote his talent is very low.
With the objectives of knacksteem, the issue have been addressed, knacksteem allows the people to get exposed to the world, learning more through seeing other peoples talent.
Knacksteem has the capabilities to take this a step further. Instead of just an upvote to show appreciation for a contribution, there is a high possibility that the skills of some community members would be so outstanding that they will be gifted with either liquid Steem or even fiat. Knacksteem, as a community that deals with skills and talents, will surely be a community that will engage and attract lots of philanthropists and bolster philanthropic activities.
In line with Knacksteem Objectives,
The Steem blockchain has successfully infused social media in its daily operations, with platforms like steemit and busy, which are social communities where users can simply create good contents in written form and earn rewards which are generated by the community.
We, however, have a different objective and modus operandi (mode of operation) that doesn't necessarily require writing mind blowing blogs, but still allows the community to reward users based on the personal skills they are passionate about.
As a social media community, Knacksteem will not only bring people together, but utilise its Steem based rewards system to diversify local economies. Individuals can now exchange Steem cryptocurrency to fiat (local currency) and vice-versa, thus creating an avenue for foreign and local exchanges.
Furthermore, members of our community can now earn money offline or online solely by their talents and skill, meaning they can now have two ways of earning which economists call Diversification of Income.
To My understanding there is existence of so many social tools today, but the most important thing is, to what benefit will you display your talent and creativity to the world without getting any value as a reawrd for that.
Since a new system has been designed with the aim of tackling such areas by Rewarding such creative minds and talent displays, there will be high level of motivation among contributors. it definitelywill lead to amazing innovations.
That will be key to self-development
Conclusion
Finally, Talents and skill have finally found a place on the Steem blockchain. Knacksteem is a revolutionary project that will change the orientation and level of reasoning of many, and also create a great financial freedom and satisfaction, as individuals make contributions of talents that they are really excited to display.
