Let me just redpill you about the actual employee-employer relationship, and how it was totally destroyed by Stalinist Progressives, making it both hard for the employee and the employer to interact with eachother while introducing an unnecessary middleman, the Union, which is like a Mafia that extorts the employee and harasses the employer constantly.
It all started with the Labor Movement, which is a Stalinist Totalitarian Movement set to enslave humanity by making everyone forcibly equal, and creating a “managerial class” of State-bureaucracts that would centrally plan the economy.
The Labor Movement is literally an offshoot of Bolshevism, aimed at Western countries, to subvert Free Market Capitalism, and introduce Totalitarian Coercive Collectivism.
No such thing existed before the Labor Movement. There were just independent contractors working for people or firms before that, per contract, and paid as established by the contract, either verbal or written. This was in the enlightenment era.
Before that there were slaves and serfs, so that was bad. But the “employee” phenomena is like a return to serfdom.
Interestingly the (Totalitarian) Left always screams about employees being exploited, but they don’t realize that they have fucking created the employee. There was no employee, before the first Labor laws were introduced, which was literally caused by the Labor Movement.
The Labor Movement set up the Labor Laws, establishing a coercive relationship, but also introducing an unnecessary middleman to mediate the disputes, the Union. Before the Union, people would just shop around for jobs, work per contract.
The Union became like a pimp that started pimping out workers, as per their rules, and it extorted workers, forcibly. You have to pay mandatory union fees, to work in certain industries. While they also harass employers, constantly sue them, and disrupt the normal work activity.
In short the Union behaves literally like a Mafia, and it is hilarious that it literally got infiltrated by the real Mafia like Al Capone in the 20’s or 30’s in the US. That should say you something about it.
So literally the Labor Movement created this situation, have setup a permanent bureaucracy, and we know how a bureaucracy works. They only serve their own interests.
So interestingly Union bosses become rich, and barely care about the workers, while engaging in totally corrupt, Mafia-like practices to gain more power.
Also TAXES have started to pile up after this. Even today the Payroll Tax is much higher than Income Tax from other areas. They have added all sorts of bullshit onto your paycheck, starting from unemployment insurance to workplace insurance, union fees, taxes, pension, medical tax, and so on….
The average employee by now easily pays 90% of his income away, including national taxes, VAT, currency inflation and local taxes and the various fees mentioned above…
Then the Stalinists push further and start screaming about “Labor exploitation”:

Despite the Stalinist propaganda: In a true Capitalist economy, as in the bottom-right quadrant, there would be no employees.
In true Capitalism, there are only contractors. People paid and hired only through voluntary, individually tailored contracts.
So I hire you to fix my bathroom sink for 50$, it could even be a verbal contract, but to avoid liabilities and unnecessary disputes there could be a template contract for quick jobs like that. I should not have to pay your medical,pension or other costs, or have other forms of liabilities over you.
It would be that simple to make money or hire people, in a free world. Now of course most of the jobs would be probably in more formal organizations, and possibly on the internet.
People could be bloggers, they could hire web developers, Programmers, marketing experts, and so on. Plenty of jobs there, but why complicate it with unnecessary Labor regulations?
Why can’t you and I agree on some terms and then pay eachother inside those terms? Just bypassing the Union completely….
The totalitarian Leftists don’t want that, the Union literally keeps workers as serfs or perhaps even slaves.
The Libertarian Leftists have to realize this that the Stalinists are not their friends. There are many good people who have Leftist aspirations, like treating minorities respectably or supporting LGBT or being anti-war.
But really they should resist the totalitarian subversion coming from the Stalinist faction, they will only bring misery.
Libertarian Left means that you might want to promote free software as oppose to commercial software on the internet, things like that. That looks normal. In that case, everyone here has some Leftist positions, a balanced position would be Libertarian Centrist, like me.
But I don’t get it why many of these people ally themselves with the Totalitarian faction? They have not just tarnished the reputation of the Left with things like 300,000,000 people dead due to Bolshevism.
But also they hang in there like some sort of parasite that just wants to gain power, and uses people’s nativity, which is totally the opposite of any Libertarian position.
So Libertarian Leftists need to denounce and vehemently oppose the Stalinists and clean out their Movement from Stalinist infiltrators.
This includes to stop supporting any Totalitarian Progressive idea, which only serves just to further State power and usher in Stalinism, again.
Even things like gay marriage is mis-characterized. There shouldn’t be any marriage at all, no marriage of any kind AT ALL. The Government should have no business in how adult people associate with eachother, so if you are gay, just be with the person you love, you shouldn’t need any rubber stamped paper for that. The Government should not be involved in adult relationships at all. That is the real Libertarian position. Not to legalize gay marriage but to abolish Government involvement in people’s lives entirely.
In fact abolishing the Government entirely is the ultimate Libertarian position. Ending violence and the threat of violence worldwide. True peace on Earth.
