The world is small, I think, and I am so surprised that you read my old post because normally noone read my old posts...The station you saw was Amsterdam Sloterdijk. I went there for company doctor purposes, and the rest of the photos are from Almere Muziekwijk, where GGZ central west located. I have never been to Schiedam, though I heard a lot about the city. Hopefully, one day I will be able to visit Schiedam. I am still doing sessions with GGZ Central, but the good news is that my EMDR is completed, and I am on a healing journey. EMDR is a very difficult treatment, in my opinion, and so intense. I had to go to EMDR twice because the first time it didn't work on me; instead, it raised so many concerns. The second time it was a long and slow process (almost a year), and it helped a lot. A few things did work to be honest, and a few situations will stay with me, I know. I need to accept and slowly process everything. Some traumas heal slowly, and some stay forever. I had acute depression and PTSD, so it will take some time to heal, process, and eventually, I will be able to accept. Moreover, I am learning how to take control and stay stable when anxiety and triggers occur...

I am doing the 2026 Jungfrau Marathon so very surprised to come across this post!

Jungfrau is amazing, and you will enjoy it a lot... It's one of those locations that creates memories...

Thanks a lot for commenting and reading my post because I thought noone will read such kind of posts related to mental health issues...
