Hey guys, good day

Today I am going to talk about anger which I think really important life issue to talk about. We all have anger, more or less but we have and we always fight with it. How?? Well, it's part of human nature and all about self control because anger doesn't give anything except destroy everything. Because of anger we loose self control and focus and consequences get worse nothing more than that. I am very short temper girl and it took me long time to control my anger. Divert , meditation , positive mind helped a lot but honestly speaking it's hard job to take control on your mind , on your brain. Because anger doesn't solve anything but we still can't get rid over it.

I remember because of anger I took wrong decisions, revenge mind stood up and failed to control situations. But I think it's okay to get angry but you have to control yourself.... Let's talk about it...
