Do you think being outspoken or calling a spade a spade is bad?

One thing about most people is that they will not want to hear the truth but in other way, I feel it is bad when one is bossy in giving advices to people and you know how people feel or view things especially when you are the type that helps them just as you have said, they will think it´s because you are helping them, that is why you are expressing yourself in such a way and of course, it will hurt them but you are only trying to give advice in your own best way.

Now, that you have identified where the problem is and trying to change and know how to relate with them in a way that they won´t have to view it in their own perspective, that is a good one. Good post 👍
