I love the angle with which you went in your post. I don’t think it’s hard not to recognize a sick leave unless if the organization is cruel. But many people have abused things like this that it makes it hard to approve someone who demands a sick leave. If such law should be enforced, trust me, there would be some who would hide under the guise of sickness and not come to work.
