There is nothing difficult in motivating yourself. There are two types of motivation- Intrinsic and Extrinsic. Intrinsic motivation is the one from within. This is when you are your own motivation while the extrinsic motivation is an external one. This is when you are motivated by reading books, watching your favorite mentor speak and things around you motivating you.
But do you know you can motivate yourself to do better? We need to always remember that we are our own selves if we realize it. Everyday, we are given a chance to live and it is what you do now that matters. Time will never wait for anyone.
Everyone has gifts and talents in us and until we learn to focus on ours instead of being another person, we will never be our best.
Developing high sense of positivity is very important in our everyday life. The more positive you are, the chances of becoming the best. Stop copying other people's lifestyle but we can learn something good from them. We need to be able to do things ourselves and be creative within us. This is a good way to be our best selves.
When I wake up each morning, I pray to God for the day and I make sure to be happy throughout the day. Being positive has been in me ever since I knew that negativity will slow you down. This is why I try my best not to wake up frowning or focusing on my problems.
One thing I am always sure of is that problems have expiry date and when we keep dwelling much on them, they keep expanding and diverting our focus from doing the necessary things because all you would be thinking of is your problem.
When you identify your problems, it is another thing to find solutions to it instead of worrying and sitting down, and nothing is done to improve.
Another thing to be your best is by reading books. We expand our knowledge when we read books. We gain a lot when we read books. Our eyes are opened to new things when we read books. There are different books we can read to help our horizons. Book is life and those who read books are leaders.
