I can't imagine how empty it would be right now reading this because I would have been gone and this would be read on my funeral day. I hope this little piece won't cause you more tears than the one you did when I left this world to find a peaceful rest with the Lord. For the one holding this piece of paper, I wouldn't want you to feel so much pain since you already believed in your heart that I am resting in the bosom of the Lord.
I left this world knowing fully well I did my best while on earth. I knew in my mind that I have put a lot of smiles on people's faces. I taught many people how compliments could make a person happy. I brought happiness to my family because remembering my childhood memories, I knew how happy I was when I achieved many things like going to school, having my certificates and above all, serving my country as that was my dream come true.
I joined the charity organization so that I can contribute my little help to the poor who couldn't feed themselves. I feel sad seeing those in this condition and this was one reason I decided to take part in this initiative to do what I was capable of doing. My joy was that I impacted lives, especially the young ones so they aren't misled.
I have been a strong woman till my death and this is because I never wanted to depend on anyone or be a burden to my family and friends. I got into different opportunities even though, they were tough for me, my only goal was to survive and be able to stand on my feet while I also render the little help I could in my capacity which I did to many people.
I have loved my siblings most especially because they were there when I needed them the most. They showed me how united they will be even when I am gone which is my utmost happiness when I leave them, knowing well that they will always be there to support each other. How I wish I am still with them but know that I will always be in your hearts, always.
I fought till my last breath and this left me to end this with a lesson that no matter what life brought to you, never stop fighting till your last drop on earth. Goodbye.
This is a challenge brought to us by @galenkp and I chose to write a eulogy that would be read on my funeral day. I believed that would be when I have lived more than 80 years on earth because I won't be going anywhere in my youth. Lol
