So today, I will be preparing a homemade egg sauce spaghetti with the spice of veggies. I was craving spaghetti, but then I was tired of the usual way I cooked it, so I made a twist with the cooking.

Ingredients are:

500 g of spaghetti

3 pieces of eggs

4 pieces of carrots

150 ml of groundnut oil

10 pieces of hot pepper

3 pieces of tomatoes

full tablespoon of salt

15 g of crayfish

1 piece of onion

4 pieces of spring onions

1 piece of a seasoning cube

Process

I poured some water in a clean pot, and then I broke the eggs in a clean bowl. I added a pinch of salt to taste, and then I poured it inside a nylon and then put it inside the water on the burner. When the water got hot, I added my spaghetti into it for parboiling.

I rinse the ingredients like carrots, spring onions, hot peppers, tomatoes, and onions. After that, I cut them into smaller pieces. Before I was done with the slicing, the egg was already cooked, and the spaghetti had been parboiled, so I sieved the hot water away and then sliced the boiled egg inside the same tray with the veggies.

After that, I put the pot back on the burner and then poured the groundnut oil inside; I allowed it to get hot a little bit.

Then, I poured the sliced onions into the oil, along with the sliced carrots, and I stirred it.

I also added the remaining salt and the seasoning cube to taste, then the crayfish. I stirred and allowed it to fry for 2 seconds.

Lastly, I added the sliced spring onions; I stirred and added the parboiled spaghetti, and then I stirred again so that the sauce could influence the spaghetti.

I covered it so that it could steam for 2 minutes, and after that, the egg sauce spaghetti was ready.
