Great minds,
Today has been fun for me and I enjoyed great sight of nature the sea environment. I was at sea and it was done on me to observe the beautiful sights around me. Ordinarily I wouldn't have taken notice of this because I was always busy inside the ship. But somehow a colleague called me to come to the upper deck which I did and he started showing me around.
Wow, it was cool, all these while I never looked at the buoys that we passed within the challenge neither did I take cognizant of the various beautiful platforms. But today all that changed and I can tell what and what you can see both in the channels and at the open sea.

I was first surprised to see some of these platforms at sea at that point in fact if I was today that those things are there I would have doubted because I never looked though I had passed both the channel and the open sea several times. So you can see my excitement having finally see these things. They are beautiful and makes the sea environment cool. Though there are various functions each of these platforms are designed for. For examples, the buoy is made to guide the ship to navigate within the channel without going aground. The buoy are positions on the starboard (right side) and on the port (left) side of the channel. The ship therefore navigate between them. The starboard buoy is coloured green and given odd numbers while the port is coloured red and given even numbers. It is counted and numbered from sea to the harbour. So the fairway buoys is number one and it is the last buoy you see when going to sea and first to see when coming to harbour.
Well it was a great sailing and very exciting
