**Prevalence of Lying**

*In our society driven by the image and perception, the frequency of lying has somewhat become a norm. So many people define lying as a tool for survival in life, success, or acceptance spanning anything from little exaggerations to deliberate deception. Under every falsehood, meanwhile, sits a fragile foundation.*

*A young professional once thought that spinning the truth helped multiple doors open faster. At first it worked, opportunities came and then followed acknowledgement.*

*Though keeping those made-up tales over time grew tiring. His trust began to disappear, and his relationships got weaker. Bit by bit what seemed to be an asset evolved into a weight.*

>Lies will give you short-term gain but need long-term care. Conversely, integrity seems more slow but it builds lasting respect and reputation.

*Honesty, it is not always easy, especially in situations where deception seems rewarded. Still, those who choose honesty create trust, which is far more valuable.*

*Ultimately, success built on lies will ultimately disintegrate under its own weight; instead, success based on integrity will endure.*
