I just finished a 13.147km running that lasted about 1hh:20mm:5ss !
Just an average run today, trying not to go too hard, because as already said I have a harder workout planned for tomorrow or Sunday. The sun came out in the afternoon, which made the run especially nice, because I don't get too much sun during fall / winter. In total I ran about 13km at an easy to medium pace. My training volume is slowly starting to increase again and in general I am feeling more comfortable running and my mindset is more positive :)
Let's see what to tomorrow will bring and until then, keep on running!
