Today I did a fast uphill run with about 750 vertical meters. It was raining the whole time, so the perfect weather for that :D In total I ran 12.5km, which took me 1 hour and 28 minutes. The uphill part took me about 40 minutes and the rest was running to the start of the uphill, the downhill and running back home. I am getting faster again, so I am pretty happy with the result :) But I didn't go all out today, only about 85% of the maximum power I can do while running uphill.
