We have all seen the value of Steem drop, and I have seen a number of posts blaming the price drop on whales selling up.

That may be a small part of the issue, but what is needed to remedy this is an increase in people purchasing Steem.

The higher the demand for Steem will see a rise in prices, as we have seen with Bitcoin lately.

I know purchasing Steem for a new person to the crypto market is a daunting process:
You have to create a Bitcoin Wallet, register an account with a trader, purchase Bitcoin, transfer to your wallet, trade for Steem through Blocktrades hoping you haven't made an error in the convoluted process.

This really needs to be simplified!

Imagine if we could purchase Steem straight through Blocktrades by just using Paypal, Credit Card or a Bank deposit.

This would make Steem so much more accessible to the ordinary folk and take out the expensive, convoluted trading process.

Something for the Developers of Steemit and Blocktrades to consider for the future growth of Steem.
