Absolutely, some speech needs to be regulated, those that might cause conflict in the society. You have a very good point. The fact that people are supposed to be given that opportunity to speak up shouldn't also give them the right to abuse the privilege, freedom of speech really helps in the society .

If someone just doesn't like what someone said, they can move away, put their fingers in their ears or not pay attention, but they have no right to take some sort of revenge on the speaker.
