Being disoriented is one thing but I dam near just fell over this morning in the kitchen. No, no... not my passing out, or health issue at all.... This felt like someone took my right ear and wanted it to hit the ground. Like I needed a V8. I will say I'm stuck home with a kid who has Strep Throat. Do I have it? My throat is itchy and scratchy but I'm not in any extreme pain discomfort like he is. I forgot how exhausting it is to take care of a sick child. Especially when your will as a mother is stronger than any pain. I do what I have to for him, for them. I wear a smile and power through a lot but boy am I exhausted.
Not only are the kids home from school all week but that means an overall increase in activity forme and well life is pain. Moving is pain, for days. I'll definitely have to take my lyrica this week. So I'm kinda happy I went to my pain management appointment. I hate the lyrica because my kidneys dont do well with it. All I can do is strive for balance. I may hit up the dispensary a couple days earlier than usual because Thursday, they will be closed. I got a text from them saying GUMMIES ( 1:1 ratio 10mg ea THC, CBD) are on sale. So I may try to muster the energy to go because I havent been feeling like smoking as much. Maybe my throat, maybe just the process. Movement equalsdays of pain for me. So I'm trying to avoid any that I can for the moment saving my energy for Thanksgiving. We are celebrating on Wednesday.
Let's face it, the whole 'Turkey cornucopia pilgrim story' is a fake. So no I do not believe in or subscribed to all of the propaganda that Thanksgiving is. However, I do like to give thanks to my children and my family by cooking them a nice meal. For years we celebrate lies and deceit. That's why I like to make it very clear we don't celebrate Thanksgiving on Thursday, I like to give thanks to my family on Wednesday. I think it's ridiculous what we did to the Native Americans. Leave it to America to pre package it in a cute story and try to sell it. Sell it for years to come. It's all about that money. Yet millions of Americans still subscribe to the story... Am I the only one that noticed that Thanksgiving time last year we had a romaine recall as well? Funny isn't it? The circles the cycles… makes to think....
