Hi everyone
My greetings to you
Hope you are doing well
In my hand, are some Henna leaves that I have plucked from the plant for making paste to apply on my hair. I have plucked 4-5 handfuls of leaves, that will be enough for once. If you have very long hair then you may need more.
•• Pluck 4-5 handfuls of leaves
•• Add the leaves to the jar and grind them to make a smooth paste. They are very hard to grind so grind after adding water to the leaves.
•• Now the paste is ready , you may apply it as it is.
•• Alternatively you may strain the mixture and take the juice. Mix this juice in dry henna powder (that you can make by drying the leaves in the sun and then grinding them to make fine powder., or alternatively you may get readymade from the market)
•• Add some amla powder too in the mixture.
•• Now the paste is ready.
•• Always make this paste in any container made of Iron, as iron release it's blackish color in the mixture, and you will get good color.
•• Secondly, always leave this mixture overnight in the bowl, or at least for 3-4 hours so that everything get mix well.
•• Thirdly after applying the paste in the hair, let it stay there for at least 3-4 hours, so that your hair may absorb everything from the mixture that is required.
•• Wash your hair after 4 hours with plain water.
•• Next day after massaging hair with any good cold pressed oil (I use Mustard oil mostly as it is easily available at my place), and then shampoo your hair and see the result😊
One more thing is that you may add few other things (whatever you like) in your paste like soaked fenugreek seeds, Aloevira gel, yoghurt, eggs, onion juice, a few drops of lime juice, etc. You may adjust the quantity of various items as per requirement.
All the text and pics are mine.
Thank you
