I wish all are healthy and happy.
As I said in my last post that I went to Kerela-Munnar a beautiful Station with tea gardens and scenic view..
Munnar is a great destination for Holidays. I must say Do visit this beautiful place in India- Kerela. You will fall in love with this place.
Kerela is decsribed as God's Own Country and by visiting and observing this beautiful place I can truely say that It is GOD'S OWN COUNTRY!!
So I am sharing some beautiful Photos which I tried to click in my Phone hope you will like.
So at first We went at the highest tea plantation that is Kolukkumalai Tea estate. It is the highest tea estate in the world. The kolukkumalai is known for its tea plantation. It is about 7130 ft above sea level. We went there by jeep and the view was just amazing just cant describe in the words.
As we can see how beautiful it is.. greenery everywhere!
May be my pictures are not so perfect as I took in my 4 years old Phone but still there are some beautiful pictures.🤭🤭 but trust me the place is much more beautiful than pictures🥰
We went at the top Kolukumalai Peak.
There was a lion's rock. As you can see in the pic below. One should go in jeep only at the top because the road was not as easy to go in other vehicles. The guide took us he was a nice guy. Here are the pics.
This rock is natural and shape like a lion's head and jaws are open. It is known as Simhaphara.
One can see mountains ranges and the view⛰ is beautiful.
More beautiful greenery lands at the surroundings.
The whole journey we could see the green tea plantation and can Just sit and enjoy for a break.
Enjoying Munnar tea with view-
At some point we get a shop of tea and maggie..so we had it.
Also had hot Maggie Masala(Instant noodle)-

Here is the carrot with leaves.. it is fresh and one can have it like this.
From one government shops we bought some spieces like cardamon, cinnamon, star anise, clove , tulsi oil, clove oil and etc and homemade chocolates.
Then we went Echo point-
Echo point means echoing voices. In the silent morning if we scream louder then we could hear the echo voice coming back to us. I went afternoon so I couldnt experience any echo at this point.
But we enjoyed the scenic beauty. There us no weekly holidays so can visit at any day from 6 morning to 7 evening.
There were some shops for shopping like sunglasses, hats some purses and some decor hanging items.etc.
We had breakfast from this local Van and it was delicious Idli. The scene infront we were eating was eye soothing. This van was on roadside.
We were eating and seeing this beauty and soaking in the vibes.
This view Point is on roadside and we clicked beautiful pictures of these foothills. I captured some pics in my phone. Many cars and tour buses stops here to click some pictures of the teas.
Photo point
The garderns of tea is like a painting. One can have amazing photos to capture here. I also have some pics of mine and my daughter.
If one dont have the camera, there are 4 to 6 professional photographers who will take beautiful picture. They also provide dresses of the local tea workers and the wooden bucket also. They will give you the print of the photos immediately and will charge 100 rs for 1 pic . So one can frame beautiful moments and pictures of the trip.
My daughter did horse ride there and clicked some photos. Anyone can Enjoy the riding there it will be like Rs 50 for half round and 100 for full round for approx 10 to 15 mins.
Then I took my daughter to a Stawberry Farm-
There were lots of strawberry 🍓 and she was so happy because she loves strawberries 🍓. We can pick and pack the strawberries for about 650 rs kg. We can get enough juicy and fresh strawberries. As you can see the farmers have used open spaces for farming the strawberries in batches. The entry fee of the farm is Rs 20 per person and the timing is 9 am to 5 pm.
Near the strawberries there was small garden of Sunflower.
And at last we had our Big meal.. that is Paper Masala Dosa-
Haha...it was really very yummy and big dosa. It was filling and hunger buster for one person.
MUNNAR IS A TRUELY MAGIC PLACE.
It was my best trip till now and wanna visit one more time. There are more places to visit Munnar,for next time I kept that places in my list.
