Today I'm sharing with you, one of my raket. I'm cooking popcorn and I sell it for 5 pesos to our neighbors. Since my mother has a mini sari-sari or variety store in front of our house, the popcorn and fried peanut, or adobong mani in Filipino, that I cook and made are being displayed in it and sold to people.

Maybe some of you didn't know this kind of fish that is famous in our place. Anyway, I will share it with you guys. This is so yummy and even my daughter really like it.
It can be seen in some coastal area in our place. This is called "ipon"or silverfish in english. It's not a savings if that is what comes to your mind after reading it. It's a kind of tiny fish that usually appears when the full moon occurs. They look translucent so they are hard to see or recognize. However, it becomes white when cooked with water.
The dish of ipon I was cooking for our lunch is Roasted Ipon. The ingredients for this dish are vinegar, onion, garlic, ground black pepper, ginger, salt to taste and the main ingredient, of course,is the ipon. To say it yummy is an understatement because it is amazingly delicious!
