We live in the world where it's difficult to maintain peace and to stay in peace even when you are peaceful.
Problems generate on daily basis.
So, how can one stay calm or peaceful when dealing with problems?
Am glad to share what I have learnt from Brother Eli's message.
He first explained to us what peace is,
he stated that being calm is to stay in peace and being calm is peace.
I believe it is difficult for a person to stay in peace when he or she isn't calm
therefore staying calm is staying in peace.
Most people want to stay in peace because of how toxic and problematic the world is,and some wishes to be calm while fixing their problems.
Jesus Christ our lord had passed through series of problems that's why he was able to tell us in his word that in the world there will be tribulations, problems,sorrows and more but we should be of good cheer because he had overcome the world.
It is captivating and inspiring to know that Jesus Christ who was in the most miserable manner right from when he was born is encouraging us to cheer up
he was a carpenter who was rejected by many,and was also persecuted by the religious leaders.
Yet, the key to overcome the world is in
him( Jesus Christ.)
Brother Eli explained how our lord Jesus Christ was able to stay in peace while facing all the problems on earth .
Therefore, he gave us the keys on how to stay in peace, his answers were derived from the book of John 16:33 "These things i have spoken unto you that in me, ye might have peace.In the world he shall have tribulations but be of good cheer,I have overcome the world.
Bro Eli gave more explanation on the right steps to be taken.

"be careful for nothing but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your request be made known unto God"
We should constantly reject anxiety, depression.
just as it is written in the portion above,
by prayer and supplication we should make our request known unto God.
And when all request have been made,the peace of God which passes all understanding will keep our trouble minds and hearts in Jesus Christ name .
The ability to know where our solution is, will solve alot of problems.
Jesus Christ is our key and solution to all problems when we obey his word
(Hebrews:5:9).
