He can't. Right now it's probably his wash trading keeping it at any value at all. If he were to begin dumping his Steem (instead of buying it) it would tank bad. It's precisely because he is a businessman that he isn't selling it off yet.

I also think there is a chance for another run in the next year, which will be a great time for him to selloff if that's what he is planning.
