Thanks. I will confess that these times have me deeply troubled. The way they have clamped down on so much, the probabilities of food shortages incoming etc. I've spent a lot of time lately trying to figure out paths to being self sufficient, which isn't an easy road living in an apartment deep in debt. I've taken a few steps already, but they are the beginnings of a foundation that could easily be squashed by the powers that be at any time. It all begins with those first steps though. I'm trying to think bigger than myself though, and how i can help others as well become more self sufficient at least food wise. If the food can be taken care of, it gives a great foundation for the rest.

Yeah, the Michigan protests were good to see. The backlash is growing, will be curious if those who want government intervention will push for the protestors to be squashed. The ridiculous measures here leave me shaking my head. People driving cars with face masks, but their the only person in the damn car. One way aisles now at the store, making you travel down aisles you never wanted to go down, past people you would never go past so you can turn around and go up the aisle you needed to be in. So much lack of thinking here I could go on about it for some time. I find the lack of critical thinking frightening as I watch people accept and nod yes, they want these things.

Hoping you get there soon. It will help you mold your son into self sufficiency as a natural way of living. Has been a lifetime for me, but my dad had a farm for about 8 of my childhood years, and I've longed for those days much of my life.
