I still haven't tried trading Steem for Hive. I was considering Blocktrades, but when he told me the KYC hoops necessary I wasn't so eager. Not even sure why KYC is necessary when there is no fiat involved. Wanting to buy some as well once the unemployment stimulus rolls out, but once again, KYC lol. Will have ot give it some thought, as I have no desire to jump through several exchanges either like the times I actually bought Steem.

Glad to see things shaping out. Was on Steem the other day cause i need to get to my wallet, and saw a post mocking the valuation of Hive, claiming the wales weren't cashing their Steem out for hive and were going to leave us smaller holder holding the bags when it failed, lol. Yeah, the whales are ignoring this so much they are paying for front ends to run, running apps like you mention in this post etc. I believe that it is foolish to allow fake volume on exchanges determine the value, and wonder if one of the whales has the balls to set up a fiat in and out. The exchanges just aren't trustworthy and why are they getting a slice of the pie coming and going?
