This post I made was highlighting the parallels of any centers of power, and the repetition of the same dynamics (through language and oppression, especially), over the ages...
...and how we are ignoring the lessons that history can teach us.

Thanks for commenting. I do find you likable and appreciate your input. You used a word in the above quote, repetition. I have noticed this in your posts when the theme being used is one whose intent is focusing on aspects of Steemit you find distasteful. As such, I think it is fair to assume the deeper

I don't think you grasped the point I was making. (or maybe trying to make, and failed,)

point you were making was one of looking for a comparison that shined as negative a light as possible.

It's no secret that this place gets under your skin. Yet here you are, although you are hinting you may be leaving again in your posts. It seems from the fruit you produce here that some part of you wishes to punish the place while justifying it with statements such as

The importance of aiming for historical accuracy trumps any, and all, posts on steemit! (IMO)
And quite Ironically - points to the very reason and motivation for me writing my post.

This place need not be a battleground. I don't understand the need some have to make it so, especially clever people like yourself. I don't understand why you (or the others) would keep coming back other than being addicted to the rush, even if it is negative.

You have a lot to offer here (imo) if you were to let go of your need to frame this place (and some of the cheerleaders here) as the 4th level of hell.

I have read enough of your posts to know you have lead an unconventional life that would intrigue many to read of such adventures. Such a life has gifted you insights on methods of living beyond the realm for most of us to imagine. It's a shame you prefer battling with the structure here instead of sharing these things with us. One can work the soil with love or anger, and the fruit will bear witness. If I found the soil here to be poison and make me angry, it would meet the same fate as Facebook and the login page would never again grace my browser.
