A pot herb garden sounds wonderful, I grow some mint, rosemary, thyme and aloe vera out in the yard. The thyme dries out but comes back when the rains start. I definitely love the eye candy flowers in your pics, purple/violet looks spectacular and amazing. Thanks for sharing :}
