Well, it rained ☔️☔️☔️as predicted so that meant it was a shopping 🛍 🛒 day. First on the agenda was to head to the UPS store 🏬 to drop off an Amazon return. Then we headed to Walmart 😁 to try to stock up ⬆️ on the items we needed there. It also afforded me the opportunity to visit the garden 🪴 center. I purchased some herbs 🌿 to start a pot type herb 🪴 garden 🪴 I also purchased 3 glass propagation station ( see 
Here’s some beautiful 🤩 eye 👁 candy 🍭 from the garden 🪴 center. You can guess what colors I’m partial to. The plants were lusciously soaked in fresh rain 🌧 water 💦
Then it was off to Winco, a discount grocery store. My main objective: visit the bulk goods! I’ve been researching and got tuned into the Food Revolution Network and their annual summit. I am not vegan; not even totally vegetarian, but I do think there’s sensible advice and tasty plant based recipes to be had there. I am working on improving my nutrition, hence the reason for the Instantpot purchase (I still need to post about it). So, I was after beans-all varieties and some lentils as well as spices. We walked out with quite a bit of food plus some other groceries we needed just under $45! Nice!🤩👍
Then I needed some storage for all of that, so it was off to another local store for that. Of course, it was a mocha frappe date as well, so we got them through the drive through and headed for home 🏡!
The car was seriously loaded and I could tell as we began the uphill climb 🧗♀️ towards home 🏠.
A busy day which should keep us in food (except for fresh produce) for the next two months easy. 😎👍😁
Tomorrow will see us at church ⛪️ in the morning, then we have May Day neighborhood gathering prior to our hike 🥾. I am looking forward to that! It’s been forever it seems since I got out there! Jan is coming with so we should all have a good time. 😎👍
