Great stepping and sounds like a wonderful Sunday apart from your sick son. I wish him a quick recovery, fingers crossed and lots of prayers to him. About the fatigue, I just saw the excellent comment from Jayna, for me the daily afternoon nap does the magic/wonders.
I so feel you regarding the pictures, sometimes I too don't know what else to photograph. I am always by the roadside and don't go to the city center that much. So i try different angles and I look out for sunsets or anything odd.
