Hello everyone 😻,
Happy hump 🐪 day and a very warm welcome to my report. We are bang in the middle of the week, I have had a great day💯.
It's that time to fill you in on how it all went including the trending stories. Am like a coiled spring ready to go, let's glide in 💨.
So as usual I began my day with a quick walk around the neighborhood. I was actually headed to the grocery but extended my walk for a while😹.
During the day , I stopped by the city centre for an errand then was back indoors watching some YouTube and following up on the trending stories.
My last walk was the slow paced sunset 🌄 walk. Quite a cloudy ☁️ day this evening as I made my way around the neighborhood ending up at the park 🌲 before heading back home🏡.
With that out of the way, let's get into the trending stories.
Lebanon trending as Israeli airstrikes killed 51 people today. Bringing the total of those killed since Monday to 620😿.
The exodus is still on as people flee from their homes in areas where airstrikes are occuring😿.
Israeli PM, Benjamin Netanyahu, has said he won't stop until residents of northeast Israel can safely return to their homes.
Israeli soldiers are getting ready for a possible ground operation into Lebanon🙀.
Meanwhile, Hezbollah has kept up the firing of rockets 🚀 into northern Israel. Israel says Hezbollah has fired over 700 rockets into its territory this week🙀. Of course most of them intercepted by the air defence system.
Iraq, Jordan and Egypt have issued a joint statement condemning the Israeli aggression on Lebanon.
In Gaza, the blood bath continued with 20 Palestinians killed in Israeli airstrikes today😿.
Across the pond in the US, UN general assembly is on with leaders from across the globe discussing on what's going on in Gaza and Lebanon among other issues.
The UN security council will also be meeting with Gaza and Lebanon on their agenda.
In London, the govt has asked British nationals to leave Lebanon immediately🙀.
Finally in crazy weather, Florida is bracing for a major hurricane as Helene is strengthening rapidly heading inland🙀.
It already knocked out power and did serious destruction in the Cayman islands where heavy rain 🌧️ and waves reached as high as three metres or ten feet🙀.
Hopefully, those in its path have taken the necessary precautions. All's well that ends well 💯.
