My Actifit Report Card: August 2 2024.......High Five Friday👣 💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨🌠

Hello everyone 😻,

TGIF 🎊 and a very warm welcome to my report. The weekend is dawning on us yet again😹. I have had a great but busy day.
I began my day with the usual morning walk, it was cloudy ☁️ as I stepped out but pretty soon the sun 🌞 shone through.
I was back indoors after about an hour out there. Did some grocery shopping before returning.
I watched some YouTube videos and also part of the action going on at the Olympics in Paris.
Later in the afternoon, I was off to the city centre for a couple of errands. Visited a couple of stores but was happy to find what I was looking for at a third of the price that google showed🎊😻.
Always a joy to get a great bargain of a quality original product💯.
However, I did lots of walking to find that store😹.
I got back home just before sunset 🌄 and I have been relaxing watching the trending stories plus the Olympics. Am glad the track/ running races have began😹.
So what else has been trending?
In the middle east, Qatar trending as Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh was laid to rest.
Prior to that, hundreds of mourners attended funeral prayers in Doha😿.
Meanwhile, Israel is bracing for a retaliatory attack from Iran and or Hezbollah🙀.
From across the pond, the US has told Israel it will adjust its troops in the middle east to support the defence of Israel.
Iran and Hezbollah will definitely find it hard to attack,but let's wait n see what they've planned.
Lets get back to middle east, Gaza trending as Israeli airstrikes killed fifteen Palestinians across the Gaza strip this Friday😿.
The total death toll now at 39,480 since October 7😭.
Back in the US, VP Kamala Harris is making history for being the first woman of colour to be nominated to run for president🎊. Congratulations 🎉 to her💯.
She has won enough votes to be the presumptive Democratic party nominee. We now wait to see the choice of her running mate. Trump is gonna be a tough nut to crack coming up in Nov😹.
We also don't know if Kamala will be good to crypto or continue on Biden's trajectory of fighting/side lining crypto industry?
Finally, let's end on some Olympics news. Novak Djokovic is now one win away from olympic gold. Wishing him the very best💯.
French swimming superstar Leon Marchand won his fourth gold 🏅 medal. Hard work and luck all on his side this year. Congratulations 🎉 to him 🎊. Well done 💯.
So that's it from me, see you again tomorrow on an amazing Caturday 🐈. Will be looking to run into the neighbour's kitty😹.
