Hello everyone 👋,

Happy Thursday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my world 😊. I have had an awesome day and as always I am happy and really grateful for it💯. Thank you for stopping by and let's quickly take a look at how my day went and also what's trending in the media streets. Here we go again 💨.
So today I had a nice morning session with a couple rounds of brisk walking 👣 around the neighborhood 🌲.It was cloudy but that fresh morning breeze🍃made it quite enjoyable. Then I was back indoors for a little bit of resting before embarking on the usual house chores. In between I did keep updated on the trending news and also entertained myself with some good music. Later in the afternoon, I was out to the shopping centre for some groceries . Then I got back home and went into my usual refreshing nap💤. A little later in the early evening, I was up cooking and preparing for the slow paced sunset walk. Next, let's quickly look at what has been trending in the world.
Locally, the usual political shenanigans😹 kept going, otherwise a quiet day.
Globally, the devastation in Gaza kept going. Shelling in Rafah and Khan Younis intensified with deaths reported😿. The total death toll is 24,448😭; Nasser hospital in Khan Younis on the verge of closure as ground battle continued around that area.
In Tel Aviv, a rare protest was underway as protesters called for an end to the fighting in Gaza🙀.
Not far, Pakistan launched retaliatory strikes into Iran, a day after Iran did the same bombing targets inside Pakistan. I guess it's tit for tat😹.
Thailand trending as a man was jailed for 50 years for defaming the Thai monarchy🙀. I wonder what he said that could warrant such a lengthy sentence😿.
Across the pond, Ecuador security forces launched a major prison operation. The operation led by the Ecuadorean army and police is part of the govt's war on drug gangs. The gangs have been doing the most, remember that armed gang that stormed a live tv broadcast😹.
Finally in crazy weather, Indonesia's mount Marapi volcano 🌋 erupted spewing smoke and ash 4,000 feet high. People had to be evacuated, fortunately no casualties reported. All's well that ends well 💯, everything will be alright 💯.
