Happy Tuesday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my world 😊. It's yet another 24 hours to be grateful for, how is your bullish November coming along😹. I truly thank you for being here for a quick look at how my day has been plus some of the trending stories I came across. Let's get started 💨.
So just like yesterday, I started the day with a few rounds of brisk walking 👣 around the neighborhood 🌲. It drizzled at night so the ground was a little wet. A nice session and then I was back indoors for some resting and the usual house chores. I did stop by the shopping centre for some groceries then went home to cook.
I later had my usual nap and then woke up to some cooking and news. Next it was time for the sunset walk, that went well and I made it back home safe and sound. To finish off let's quickly look at the trending stories of the day.
Locally, the usual political shenanigans 😹 kept going, Romanian president is in town and had talks with his Kenyan counterpart.
Globally, Gaza still trending. Bodies are piling up at Gaza's main hospital amid Israeli siege. Officials say 40 dead at Al shifa hospital, large number of bodies need to be buried but Israeli forces prevent movement🙀. Meanwhile premature babies on the brink of death as they gasp for oxygen😿.
Also trending, Israeli forces have killed seven Palestinians in Tulkarem in the occupied west bank. Israeli troops face resistance from Palestinian fighters during nightly raids in the occupied west bank. They have been raiding the west bank aggressively since October 7🙀.
Over in Israel, families of people kidnapped by Hamas, have been protesting in Tel Aviv asking their govt to do more for their release.
Qassam brigades say it is willing to release 70 women and children in return for a 5 dày truce.
They have reported that a female Israeli military captive was killed in Israeli shelling.
Still in Israel, a barrage of rockets fired by Hamas have injured 3 people in Tel Aviv. The rockets were intercepted by the iron dome defence system but some shrapnel remnants fell onto a car injuring occupants🙀.
Across the pond in the US, thousand gathered in Washington DC in support of Israel. The event is organized by major Jewish groups aims at stopping anti semitism.
Finally in crazy weather, heavy rainfall has damaged shelters of displaced people in Gaza😿. Most of them are staying in tents and that rain water is adding to their suffering🙀. Hopefully it clears up as soon as possible💯.
