Hello everyone 👋,
Happy Sunday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my world 😊. Just another ordinary Sunday and the stepping continued unabated. As always I am truly happy and grateful for this day💯,many wanted to see it but didn't, so we are all blessed. Thank you for being here yet again and before bedtime, let's quickly take a look at how my day went and also some of the trending stories. Here we go again, come on 💨.
So just like yesterday, I kicked off with the fast paced morning session. Thoroughly enjoyed the cool morning breeze 🍃 as I made my way around the neighborhood 🌲. But it was a short walk. Then I was back indoors for some rest and the daily household chores. A little bit of youtube and cooking then the afternoon saw me go out to the shopping centre for some groceries. Next came the refreshing nap💤. I woke up some time later in the evening and continued watching some of the earlier videos and news.
There were some interesting EPL matches going on today, the game between Chelsea and Mancity was quite interesting and intense😹.
I did finish off the day with the slow paced evening walk. Now let's quickly take a look what has been trending in the media streets.
Locally, the usual political shenanigans kept going😹, otherwise a quiet day.
Not a quiet day in Gaza as Israel continued the bombings. Today dozens dead in Khan Younis, southern Gaza after Israel struck a residential building😭. Israel had told the Palestinians to move to the south to stay safe but they are continually bombing the south😡.
In northern Gaza, Al shifa hospital director says the hospital is completely cut off, any moving person is targeted and shot by Israeli snipers or drone🙀. A man's body still lies close to one of the entrances as he was shot as he tried to leave😭.
Across the pond in the US, white house national security advisor has said the US doesn't want to see fighting in Gaza hospitals. He added that US has had discussions with the Israeli army about avoiding firefights in hospitals💯.
Also trending, a phone call held between Biden and the Qatari Emir. Qatar is leading diplomatic efforts to find a way to end the war with a ceasefire. Fingers crossed🤞.
Finally, in crazy weather, the Iceland volcano threat is increasing. Thousands have been asked to evacuate from a town over fears magma or hot lava has spread underground and there's considerable risk of an eruption 🌋 🙀. Lets hope everyone will be safe💯.
