Hello everyone 👋,
Happy Sunday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my world 😊. Just another ordinary Sunday and the stepping continued unabated. As always I am truly happy and grateful for this day💯,many wanted to see it but didn't, so we are all blessed. Thank you for being here yet again and before bedtime, let's quickly take a look at how my day went and also some of the trending stories. Here we go again, come on 💨.
So just like yesterday, I kicked off with the fast paced morning session. Thoroughly enjoyed the cool morning breeze 🍃 as I made my way around the neighborhood 🌲. But it was a short walk. Then I was back indoors for some rest and the daily household chores. A little bit of youtube and cooking then the afternoon saw me go out to the shopping centre for some groceries. Next came the refreshing nap💤. I woke up some time later in the evening and continued watching some of the earlier videos and news, Two interesting matches of the world were played today, more on that later. I did finish off the day with the slow paced evening walk. Now let's quickly take a look what has been trending in the media streets.
Locally, the usual political shenanigans kept going😹., politicians attended church services with the same usual talk.
Globally Iran trending after today they scrapped off the morality police👋, this after months of protests that has caused deaths of atleast two hundred people😭. Some rights groups say the number could be higher🙀. The death of one young lady led to the massive protests. In my opinion as long as am not naked I should be let to wear what I want😹.
Close by in Southeast Syria, there were anti govt protests, people stormed some govt offices and lit bonfires🙀. They are fed up with power outages, fuel shortages and water cuts.
Still in Asia, a volcano has erupted somewhere in Indonesia leading to displacement of thousands of people 🙀.
Across the pond in the US, the white house has condemned Trump after the former president called for termination of the constitution. Seems he will never get over the fact that Biden beat him😹.
Let's finish off with some football shenanigans 😹. France reached the world cup quarter finals after beating Poland. And just now England have messed Senegal with a three nil win🙀. For Africa now our hopes lie with Morocco who haven't been eliminated.
England will be meeting France in their next game, that will be a good one.
