My Actifit Report Card: December 2 2021...... Throwback Thursday 👣💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨🌠

Hello everyone 👋,
Happy Thursday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my report 😊. It's another 24 hours to be grateful for as I look forward to bedtime 💤. Before that let's quickly take a look at how my day has been including some of the trending stories I came across. Come on 💨.
As usual I kicked off early with the fast paced morning session. I brisk walked 👣 and jogged around the neighborhood 🌲. Just an hour and a rather heavy drizzle ☔ forced me back indoors 😹.
I then showered 🚿 and rested for a while before logging into my emails and trending news of the day.
Locally, the usual political shenanigans 😹 kept going and so did the plannedemic vaccinations. More vaccines arrived from Germany, they are aiming to have most people vaccinated by June next year 😵.
Globally, still about the vaccine, Germany is looking to place restrictions on all unvaccinated people 😱. Meanwhile, Angela Merkel had her farewell ceremony urging Germans to shun hate in all its forms. Elsewhere Pope Francis stopped by in Cyprus calling for unity and ditching of nationalistic sentiment.
Over in crypto land, bitcoin still bullish 🐂 at 57k, pulling back n forth to 56. Hive is doing it at over $2👏. In Turkey the finance minister resigned amid the meltdown of Turkish lira😬. Hopefully some smart Turks have their savings in BTC/ other cryptos 😹. Nothing worse than watching your hard earned retirement money dwindling down to zero/negative, which is what most fiat will be doing now and in future.
I did settle down to those news and other crypto related stuff before heading off to the city centre 🌲. I walked around for a while, was really cloudy and rainy so I headed back a little after 2pm.
Next came the usual afternoon nap 💤. I got up some time early evening feeling well rested 💯 and energetic 💪. I then continued watching some of the earlier videos and also news.
US secretary of state Anthony met Russian foreign minister amid that precarious situation on the border with Ukraine. Let's hope no fighting will erupt 💯..
As the evening set in, I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk. It was wonderful but another drizzle ☔ cut it short again 😨. Anyways I look forward to more steps tomorrow ☺️.
