My Actifit Report Card: September 28 2021...... Terrific Tuesday 👣💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨🌠
Hello everyone 👋,
Happy Tuesday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my world 😊. Another wonderful and active day is fading away fast. Having said that, it's time to wrap things up and quickly ran you through my day plus some of the trending stories.
So as usual, I kicked off early with the fast paced morning session. Burning maximum calories with the brisk walking 👣 and jogging 👟 around the neighborhood.
Around ten o'clock, I was back indoors where I showered 🚿 and rested for a while before logging into my emails and trending news of the day.
Locally, the usual never ending political shenanigans 😹 and the plannedemic vaccinations kept going.
Globally, the trending story was the questioning of top US military officials by Congress; following that withdrawal from Afghanistan😱. That Afghan govt fell so fast to the Taliban, you just wonder what they were doing those past twenty years.
Elsewhere, the UN condemned the xenophobia against Venezuelans in Chile and the sex abuse by aid workers in DR Congo; it's a wild world out there 😬
Over in crypto, land bitcoin dipped further to 41k and as usual it's hard to predict it's short term movement 😹. However, big institutions keep buying, so you know what to do.
I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day.
Later in the afternoon, I stopped by the park 🌲 and shopping center for some cooking groceries.
I walked around for a while then I was back indoors for the usual nap 💤. As always it was refreshing and I later woke up some time early evening feeling well rested 💯.
I then continued watching some of the earlier videos and also news.
That new James Bond movie " no time to die" was screened for the first time in London after an 18 month delay. Its the twenty fifth Bond movie and the last one for Actor Daniel Craig. I wonder who the next Bond will be😹.
As the evening set in, I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk.
The slow paced walk that winds down my day. The evening breeze 🍃 was just perfect as I made my way alongside the main road then the park 🌲 before finishing off around the neighborhood as darkness fell.
