My Actifit Report Card: May 19 2021..... Wednesday Walk 👣💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨🌠
Hello everyone 👋,
Happy hump day 😎🎉 and a very warm welcome to my report 😊. Thank you for being here and I am really appreciative that you took the time. Straight on to the day's activities and some of the trending stories. Let's get cracking 💨.
So just like yesterday, I was out early brisk walking 👣 and jogging 👟 around the cloudy neighborhood. As usual the fresh air 🍃 made it really enjoyable and come ten o'clock I was back indoors having achieved my automaticwin 🙌.
Next came the shower 🚿 and a little bit of resting before logging into my emails and trending news of the day.Locally, the usual political shenanigans 😹 with some by-elections being conducted in some areas.
Globally, that confrontation in the middle east kept going with no signs of a let up from both sides. That inspite of President Biden's call to Netanyahu to de- escalate😱. People are dying as the world watches😬.
Over in crypto land bitcoin took another dump and is now at 39k, same as Eth and other cryptos mostly in the red as the bulls keep trying to stay above. As always the mainstream media will keep reporting on it like bitcoin is dead or dying😹. Scaring the public😬.
I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day.
Later in the afternoon, I stopped by the city centre 🌲 for some errands and then walked around for a while before heading back home 🏡.
At home, I had my usual nap 💤 and then woke up some time early evening feeling great 💪 and highly refreshed 💯.
I continued watching some of the earlier videos and also the news.
Spain has accused Morocco of disrespect 😹 after lots of migrants crossed into the Spanish enclave of Cueta. As long as inequalities exist in this world we will always have people on the move and they will somehow get to where they want😹.
As the evening set in, I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk. It went excellently following my usual route and I made it back home 🏡 safe and sound calling it a day 🙌.
