My Actifit Report Card: February 7 2021........ Sunday funday 👣💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨🌠
Hello everyone 👋,
Happy Sunday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my report 😊. The weekend is quickly drawing to a close and I am back again with a summary of the day. Thank you for taking the time to stop by yet again 👏. Let's get it 💨.
Just like yesterday, it was an early start, brisk walking 👣 and jogging 👟 around the sunny 🌞 neighborhood. The temperatures dipped a little after yesterday's rain ☔.
I did enjoy that session 💯 and was back indoors a little after ten o'clock having achieved my automaticwin 🙌. Next I showered 🚿 and rested before logging into my emails and trending news of the day.
Locally lots of political shenanigans 😹, being a Sunday politicians are usually roaming up and down. The covid cases still low with 2% positivity rate 👏.
Globally, a big disaster in India after a glacier broke sending a deluge of water down the valley causing lots of deaths 😢. A bad disaster and my sincere condolences to the affected families.
Over in crypto land, bitcoin was rejected at 40k, just after we thought it was going to 50k. The bears 🐻 gaining ground. I did watch some crypto analysis videos to get a feel of the market.
As always in between was the house chores and laundry too. Then later some weeding and leaf 🌿 raking in the back yard.
Late afternoon, I got back indoors as it started drizzling 🌂. Perfect time for a quick nap to recoup and rest my eyes for a while.
I woke up feeling great 💪 and then proceeded to watch some of the earlier videos and news. The superbowl is on over in the US, the big game with the weekend performing half time. Will watch the highlights tomorrow 😊.
So next, I got the dinner cooking going and had my usual ginger tea ☕. Looking outside it was sunny again but the sun had began setting. I was out again for the final walk of the day. The very relaxing sunset ☀️🌇 walk.
It went excellently alongside the main road ending up at the park 🌲 before heading back home 🏡. I finished off around the dark neighborhood calling it a day 🙌.
