Hello everyone 👋,
Happy Sunday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my report 😊. It's the last Sunday of June and the stepping continued .As always I am glad you stopped by yet again 👏. Now let's get into the day's activities 👍.
It was another early start brisk walking 👣 around the neighborhood. The weather was perfect with a wonderful cool breeze 🍃.
I kept going then headed back home as ten o'clock approached. I definitely enjoyed that session and was happy with the resulting automaticwin 🙌.
After a little bit of rest, I logged into the emails and trending news of the day. Nothing much going on, just the plannedemic and the rising positive cases.
Seems like there is no herd immunity and we may be getting a second wave🌊. But remember these same experts don't know this virus very well so am hoping they are wrong💯.
In crypto land, bitcoin continued it's stubborn sideways movement. While some DeFi coins boomed. So I did watch a few videos here and there. Somewhere in between I did the mundane house chores.
Late afternoon , I worked a little bit in the garden then went indoors for my usual afternoon nap 💤. I woke up from it feeling energetic 💪.
I did my cooking before stepping out for the final walk of the day. The fantastic sunset ⛅ walk, some slow relaxed walking along the main road. I followed the same route as yesterday before finishing off around the neighborhood after it got dark.
