My Actifit Report Card: June 7 2020.... Sunday funday 👣🏃💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨
Hello everyone 👋,
Happy Sunday 🎉 and I hope your weekend is concluding well. As always you are very welcome and I am glad you stopped by yet again 👏. As the day wanes away let's review my stepping activities 💨.
Just like yesterday, I began early with fast paced brisk walking 👣 around the neighborhood. All in the hopes of getting an automaticwin 🙌. Which I did and returned home 🏡 a few minutes to ten o'clock.
Then I had my shower 🚿 and a little rest before logging into the trending news of the day. Nothing much there expect for the ongoing plannedemic and lots of protests in various places around the world. All for varied reasons, its like we are about to have a reset.
In the crypto world bitcoin still inching towards 10k amid resistance; overall sideways action.
I watched a few crypto videos, did some house work in between. I did major cleaning in the kitchen drawers and cabinets. Then a little bit of weeding enjoying the warm sunshine 🌞.
Then I was back indoors watching more videos 😁. At some point I fell asleep 😴 and that catered for my late afternoon nap 💤.
I woke up feeling energetic 💪 and well rested 💯. Later had my ginger tea ☕, I had had enough of the computer screen so I stepped out for the final walk of the day.
It was a long extended sunset 🌇⛅ walk alongside the road ending up at the park 🌲. As always slow and taking deep breaths of the cool breeze 🍃.
I finally finished off around the neighborhood after it got dark 😃☺️
