Happy Sunday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my report 😊. As always thank you so much for stopping by yet again 👏 . Please keep reading 👓 as I quickly run you through my stepping activities of the day.
So it has been another wonderful and highly active day. I got so bored at home and did lots of stepping at the park 🌲 this afternoon. But first I had an amazing morning session 👣 chasing and achieving an automaticwin 🙌.
The weather was a little bit cooler today yet very conducive to the stepping.
Today was also mother's day and I did call my mum to congratulate and wish her well. Proper motherhood is really the hardest job ever. It's 24/7 😱, most mums are managers, cooks, nurses, doctor, chef, waitress, hairdresser, cleaners all rolled into one😱. The list can be endless.
My mum did a stellar job considering I have four other siblings. I use to take it for granted when I was young and foolish 😹. All I wanted was more toys, playtime and I was sure school was a punishment;But later it hit me like a ton of bricks just what she went through. Dad would be out having a drink with his friends but mum would be the one home who knew what dinner 🍲 would be,who knew where my lost socks were, who knew what time to wake us up so we could catch the bus to school. Who knew and checked the books, bags and homework.Those are just a few examples and I can't say I lacked anything and all five of us graduated from university.
She literally held the house together, I don't know how she did it and still had a full time job as a maternity nurse😱. Hats off to this special lady and all mothers out there. We honor and cherish all of you on this Mother's Day.
So back to my day, I had a wonderful day time nap 😴 and got up to some freshly brewed cinnamon ginger tea ☕. I watched crypto videos before heading out for the final walk of the day.
The very relaxing sunset ⛅ walk. As usual it was slow paced taking in deep breaths of fresh air 🍃 as I went along the main highway.
I finally made it back home safe and sound calling it a day 😉.
