Hello everyone 👋,
Happy Thursday and a very warm welcome to yet another report 😊. It's been a wonderful and active day stepping it out around the neighborhood and roadside 🌳🍃. Thank you in advance for sharing a part of your time with me today, I truly appreciate it 💯.
As always I was up early and had quite an awesome morning session 👣. Finally achieving that well deserved automaticwin 🙌 and then some additional steps 👏.
I was back indoors closer to ten o'clock and rested for a while before getting into my usual morning routine.
Nothing much has changed when it comes to crypto or the world economy. Still slowly shutting down as the virus moves menacingly throughout the world 😱.
A big problem is coming our way with people being urged to stay at home. In Kenya we have lots of people who might go hungry very soon. Such people live hand to mouth doing all sorts of odd jobs that are slowly drying up😱. Something's got to give soon.
Anyway, after reading and watching lots of disheartening news. I handled some mundane house chores and then had another walk in the neighborhood ending up at the shopping center.
Good thing the supplies are still available and we haven't seen shortages yet. I consider myself fortunate to be able to buy my groceries unlike so many others who are suffering 😢 that virus threat adding salt to injury💔.
So I was back indoors and continued watching varied you tube videos. Then I fell asleep 😂 in between and that catered for my usual afternoon nap 💤.
I then woke up feeling energetic and refreshed 💯. Had my tea ☕ and proceeded for the final walk of the day.
I did enjoy the slower paced sunset ⛅ walk along the main road.
Finally finishing off around the neighborhood after it got dark.
I returned home safe and sound calling it a day.It is currently raining heavily and am hoping it will be over by morning and the power won't be affected. Fingers crossed.
