Hello Everyone 👋,
Here we go again. A very warm welcome to my Thursday report 😊. Keep reading 📖 as I fill you in on how my day unfolded.
It was yet another early start, I always feel energetic when I start the day with an automaticwin session 🙌. So there I was walking and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood.
It was a rush 💨 with time between ending my session and getting ready for the office. I was happy to catch the bus and arrived at the office right on time.
I made my tea and sat down to deal with the day's tasks. These mornings have been getting chillier and chillier 😱
Come lunchtime I got on with the mini walkation 👣 collecting a little more steps and stretching my legs.
I came back for the afternoon shift, got a little busy and when time was up I left. Commuted back home happy to have ended the day well. 😎
At home I rested snacked and got ready for my final stepping. When I had had enough I set out on the sunset ⛅ walk🏃. Just around the neighborhood then to the park where I did plenty of rounds before heading back home.
Today was a sad day 😢 for the seven77. I had gotten used to it having done it for 145 days, that's nearly 5months😱. I think I can't stop so tonight I did some skipping before my shower🚿. No video though.
